2 / How long will it take? 

Results are usually back from the lab within 10 days of the lab receiving them. 

For recommendations, these can take an additional 4 weeks. 

3 / How long do I have to send the test off?

Your order is valid for 6 weeks after  purchase.

No refunds will be given if you do not send the test off within the 6 week period. 

4 / Do you send me a test kit? 

No, we do not send physical test kits out in the post. 

You will receive instructions via email after purchase on how to take your sample and where to send it.
